Psychotherapy Blog

Most of us don’t make the decision to enter therapy when everything is going well in our lives.  What brings most of us to seek some form of support is usually a challenging event or life circumstance, unhappiness, anxiety, frustration, or a sense that we are not living the life we want for ourselves and our loved ones.  And while the reasons and underlying causes may differ, there is a good amount of evidence that most of our suffering comes from the behaviors that we employ to try to deal with life’s challenges.

My goal in writing this blog is to provide some insight into the underlying root causes of many, if not most of our challenges, how we perpetuate them, and what we can do to move ourselves forward.  Ultimately, I hope to help you to live a rich, rewarding, and meaningful life.  A life that is informed by your values and is open to all the experiences life has to offer.
